Delivery & Returns
US delivery
Our current collection ships from overseas. Standard US delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Available shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Separate packages
Garments in one order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Use the tracking link supplied for each shipment in your shipping confirmation.
Returns
For US orders, request a return within the 7-day window beginning on the delivery date of your final package. Items must be unworn, with original tags and the clear garment packaging with its SKU label.
Contact us before returning anything. Once your return is authorized, ship it back within 7 days of your request using the return instructions provided. Do not send a return to the dispatch address without authorization.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Eligible returns are reviewed after receipt and inspection. Contact client service for refund details for your order. We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size, return the eligible item and place a new order.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photographs.
